Description
Any request that is completely out of scope for a WMC Representative to perform in the course of any service rendered, whether onsite or offsite. This includes things like personal favors and errands that should be the responsibility of the Client. Any request that seems inappropriate or wildly out-of-scope to a WMC Representative must be simultaneously reported to HR and a WMC Executive. This fee will be charged after-the-fact for such requests as a deterrent to similar future requests by Client, and should never be used to encourage continued such requests.
